Established in 1973, Lemo (UK) will be using Materials Testing 2009 to market its ranges of:
  • Multipole Connectors
    –    B Series, standard self-latching with alignment key.
    –    Watertight K Series with rugged housing for extreme working conditions.
    –    Redel P Series, self-latching plastic connectors with alignment key.
    –    Multifibre and hybrid connectors.
    –    N Series remote handling connectors.
  • Miniature coaxial 50 Ω self-latching connectors – 00 Series, the basis of the NIM-CAMAC standard.
  • S Series – original self-latching connector with coaxial 75 Ω inserts and multiway stepped inserts widely used in the test and measurement market.
A highlight of the display will be a demonstration of our new LEMO patchcord part numbering system as described in the new cable assembly leaflet available from our website: http://www.lemo.co.uk/product_files/LEMO_Cable_Assemblies.pdf which enables users/operators to quickly specify patchcord part numbers.

Based in Worthing, West Sussex, Lemo (UK) also specialises in custom connector design and termination facilities with fully trained technicians who pride themselves on the quality of the terminations provided. Whilst the emphasis is naturally on the termination of connectors, we have extensive experience of termination of connectors from other manufacturers.

Lemo (UK)’s cable facility is equipped with the latest cable preparation, termination and test equipment – both manual and automatic. Each electrical cable assembly is fully tested for pin-pin continuity, with a high voltage test to ensure that there are no potential breakdown problems. Every cable assembly is fully inspected to ensure that it meets the requirements specified. All fibre optic terminations are subjected to insertion loss and back reflection tests to ensure the highest quality of signal transmission.
