Established in 1938, Johnson and Allen Ltd will be using Materials Testing 2011 to market its range of MPI and DPI crack detection systems. A highlight of the display will be the AC-EAZY Powerbelt, giving electro-magnets a portable AC 110 V supply for site work and producing defect indications second to none. This enables an operator to test without a mains supply and also gives an operator freedom of both hands when not in use (for example climbing a ladder or in rope access situations).
Based in Sheffield, Johnson and Allen Ltd also specialises in UV lighting and bespoke process equipment design. Demagnetisers and NDT consumables are also manufactured. Resonance equipment from Vibrant NDT Ltd will also be on display.
