Established in 2009, Nikon Metrology UK Ltd will be using Materials Testing 2011 to market its range of X-ray and computed tomography systems, with video metrology, and microscopy solutions. Both systems offer a non-destructive inspection method to visualise test objects. A highlight of the display will be a demonstration of the capabilities of both the XTH and XTV series CT machines and the new-to-market Shuttlepix microscope, which enables users to have a powerful optical image capture system without cables, for use in remote and hard to reach locations. With a benchtop SEM unit imaging up to x40000, Nikon Metrology captures your samples from the macro to nanometre scale.
UK-based Nikon Metrology also offers a wide range of real-time X-ray and CT systems for all applications, including failure analysis and rapid internal metrology of plastic and metal parts using the CAD compare technique. Nikon also provides a bureau service for customers with low volume applications.
