NDT Yearbook

NOTICE

The 2008 NDT Yearbook

The 2008 edition of the NDT Yearbook was printed several weeks ago, however BINDT members may have only recently received their copy. The delay was caused by the fact that the company subcontracted to bind the Yearbook unfortunately went into receivership halfway through the job.
Directors and staff at the bindery simply locked up and left, leaving copies of the Yearbook in various stages of production. The Yearbook's printer, Chartwell Press Ltd, which has been using the same binder for the last ten years or so, entered into lengthy negotiations with the receivers, Grant Thornton, and eventually gained access and was able to complete the binding, allowing the mailing of the Yearbook some several weeks late.
We apologise to members, readers and advertisers for the delay that was due to a situation beyond our control.
Readers should note that the Buyers’ Guide section of the BINDT website (bindt.org), which is derived from the directory data appearing in the NDT Yearbook, is fully up-to-date with the 2008 information.
