A review of the status of CEN Standards currently under preparation
Most of the EN Standards are now complete and having been ratified by BSI, have become BS-EN-Standards. For titles and numbers of these refer to the 13th Progress Report published in Insight, December 2001, pages 801-802. Some of these published standards are being reviewed.
The uncompleted EN Standards are listed with the state of progress.
Stages 11/12 – Work allocated to WG;
Stage 31 – Drafting by WG;
Stage 32 – Two-month enquiry;
Stage 34 – Formal vote decided;
Stage 40 – Document available for CEN/CLC enquiry;
Stage 41 – CEN/CLC enquiry started;
Stage 46 – Results of CEN/CLC enquiry;
Stage 49 – Document available for formal vote;
Stage 51 – Formal vote;
Stage 64 – Final document available to EN (completion).
