The role:
The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads within the nuclear and oil & gas industries to sell state-of-the-art ultrasonic non-destructive testing (NDT) products as a start-up project in the South West. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing in accounts as well as field and face-to-face sales.

The candidate:
Someone with experience selling technical products in an engineering-type industry is essential, as this role will require experience and knowledge of the sales markets. This role has lots of opportunity, as it is a start-up motion; therefore, candidates must be motivated to make the most out of this and have lots of energy and passion for the whole of the sales process – in terms of both new business and account management. Candidates must be up for a challenge, as introducing new technical ultrasonic non-destructive testing (NDT) products in to the nuclear and oil & gas industries will be challenging.
The package:
The base salary on this package is £40,000-£45,000 and on top of that is the added bonus of not only a pension scheme and a car allowance but also the opportunity to become a shareholder within the business, as it is a start-up project. This could be a real winning investment because the successful Sales Manager will have a direct impact on the success of the shares.
