Call for Sponsors
Leading companies in the fields of EAM and CM may wish to take a more visible sponsorship role in this truly international event. Sponsors will be acknowledged in all materials (ie Conference Proceedings, Conference website, call for papers and announcements) which will be distributed worldwide. The sponsor package includes one full page advert in the Conference Proceedings and a multi-page advert on the website.

Sponsors will have an opportunity to organise and lead a 'World Leading Session' to highlight their activities.

Call for Structured Sessions, Workshops, Panels, World Leading Session and Tutorials
Brief proposals for structured sessions, workshops (1.5 hours), expert panel sessions (1.5 hours) and tutorials (2 hours) should be submitted electronically by recognised scientists. Proposals should include a title, author(s), author's CV and brief abstract of event.

Brief proposals for 'World Leading Sessions' (2 hours) should be submitted electronically by major trade associations, institutions, corporations and consortiums.

A discount on the registration fee is available for organisers of workshops, panels, sessions and tutorials. Organisers will be acknowledged in all materials (ie Conference Proceedings, Conference website, call for papers and announcements) which will be distributed worldwide.

Chairs of structured sessions will be awarded a 'Specialised Keynote Address' (at the beginning of the session). Discounts are available for session organisers.

Call for Exhibitors
We would urge both hardware and software vendors to take this unique opportunity to exhibit advanced techniques to delegates coming from many continents. Invited delegates have senior positions with the responsibility and authority to acquire advanced technologies for their organisations.

All session breaks will be held in the exhibition area where tea and coffee will be served. In addition, a special session for exhibitor presentations will be organised. The exhibitor package also includes one full-time delegate package. Limited space is reserved for exhibitors; therefore, early exhibitor expressions of interest and registrations are advised.

Names of exhibitors will appear in all materials (ie Conference Proceedings, Conference website, call for papers and announcements) which will be distributed worldwide.
