NDT Consultants' team of Level III consultants has extensive experience in diverse disciplines and industrial sectors. The company consults for many aerospace manufacturers and specialises in auditing, approval of data cards and the development of new techniques for suppliers to companies such as Boeing, Airbus, Westland Helicopter and Rolls-Royce.
Inspection

Training and certification
NDT Consultants' leading courses include penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasonic, eddy current, radiography (conventional and digital), acid etch, visual, hardness and conductivity. The company delivers Levels I, II and III, either at its facility or at the customer's premises, both in the UK and overseas. In addition to its standard training courses, specialist courses can be designed to meet the customer's individual requirements. Equipment design and manufacture   
NDT Consultants designs and manufactures its own equipment, including:

• UVe Lux: UV/WL dual-light meter
• Mag-Tec: tangential or residual magnetic field meter
• Hi-Flux: UV lamps in mains, battery or fixed with motion sensor
• UV Eye: defect measuring, which is great for TAM panels
• RFID: magnetic residual field indicator
• Free Scan: unique 3D scanning system. Mechanics-free to obtain C-scan images from A-scan data.
