AES® was established in 1983 and now has services covering destructive and non-destructive testing (NDT) on welds and metallic materials, NDT and welder training, welding procedure specification, welder and welding procedure qualification testing, proof load testing, QA/QC inspection and instrument calibration. AES is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and is a HOKLAS/HKIAS-Accredited Laboratory/Inspection Body for services as listed in the HOKLAS/HKIAS directories (services that are not listed in the directories are not specifically accredited by HOKLAS/HKIAS). AES is also a government (Hong Kong)-approved specialist contractor for NDT on welds.
