Applied Inspection Ltd was formed in March 1984 offering a high-quality non-destructive testing service to industry, rapidly gaining a reputation for being one of the most highly qualified NDT companies in the UK. The company soon acquired a customer base covering a very wide range of industries, both in this country and overseas. The company now operates out of three principal sites: Chesterfield, Burton on Trent and Ossett, West Yorkshire, with a satellite site in Glasgow.
The primary strength of the company is the supply of NDT services to a diverse and demanding range of markets, including power generation, petrochemical, construction, aerospace, foundry, nuclear, fabrication and the rail industry.
Applied Inspection has a wide depth of experience of in-house and on-site welding and materials testing, along with consultancy services in the areas of quality assurance, supplier assessment and welding, training and metallurgy.
