Description:

ETher NDE is an UK-based manufacturer of eddy current (ECT) non-destructive testing (NDT) equipment, probes and accessories and is the 'go-to' company for all your eddy current (EC) NDT solutions.

The AeroCheck+, AeroCheck2, WeldCheck2 and WeldCheck+ are the latest eddy current flaw detectors from ETher NDE. ETher NDE's flaw detectors offer best in class eddy current performance and simple to use, while having a fully daylight-readable display and being lightweight, rugged and ready for any inspection environment.

This range has recently been joined by the ETherCheck, which, in addition to offering all the eddy current features of the AeroCheck+, adds Pitch Catch Bond Testing.

All of ETher NDE's eddy current flaw detectors are designed and manufactured in the UK and use industry-standard 12-way Lemo and coaxial Lemo 00 connectors, offering absolute, bridge and reflection probe modes without the need for adaptors. The AeroCheck also offers rotary drive capabilities as standard, while the AeroCheck+ adds dual frequency plus other innovative features, including 'Loop', 'Guides' and 'Auto-Mix', among others.

Adapted from the AeroCheck+, the VicTor 2.2D is the perfect solution for automatic eddy current testing applications and is available as a desktop unit or a rack-mounted solution.

ETher NDE also offers a portable EC conductivity meter, the SigmaCheck2, and a multi-frequency and multi-channel flaw detector, the ETi-200, in its range. The ETi-200 is fully programmable with many advanced features. With single-probe operation, it can multiplex eight channels, making it the most flexible portable unit available. Alternatively, with two probes connected, the ETi-200 allows any mix of eight channels across two probes.

Completing the ETher NDE equipment range is the VeeScan aircraft wheel scanning system. Designed and built at the company's UK premises, the VeeScan is ETher’s first wheel inspection system and is available in two different models.

The VeeScan can to be configured with a wide choice of probes and allows any wheel testing facility the flexibility to select the system most compatible with its workload. Teamed with a full choice of operation modes, the VeeScan maximises the probability of detection.

ETher NDE also offers the revolutionary ECHO-3D from Athena in Canada for surface crack and corrosion sizing and the Maxwell PECT (Pulsed Eddy Current Unit) for corrosion under insulation and other difficult wall thickness measurement.

Within ETher NDE, a full range of eddy current probes are designed and manufactured, including eddy current weld probes from standard to customised probes. All probes are manufactured in the UK by expert technicians.

Exceptional customer focus and the ability to provide customers with the innovative products and outstanding service they deserve, delivered on a timely basis, remains ETher NDE’s primary focus for the year ahead and beyond.
