• Rope-access NDT and inspection — Many NDT and structural inspections (eg in offshore or elevated structures) can be executed via rope access, minimising dismantling, time and cost.
• DROPS inspections / falling object hazard scans — As part of inspection scopes, the company assess areas at height for potential dropped objects, enhancing site safety.
• Wire rope inspection and spooling system (WRISS) — The company's in-situ electromagnetic (EMAG) wire rope inspection system enables detection of broken wires, corrosion, internal flaws and extends rope life. Ropes are re-spooled under tension with data logging, without full unspooling or transport.
• Ultrasonic testing (UT): Conventional, phased array and time-of-flight diffraction (TOFD) for accurate flaw detection and sizing.
• Magnetic particle inspection (MPI): Rapid surface and near-surface crack detection in ferromagnetic materials.
• Eddy current testing (ECT): For detecting surface-breaking and sub-surface defects in conductive materials, with advanced array systems available.
• Liquid penetrant inspection (LPI): Reliable detection of surface flaws in both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
• Visual and borescope inspection (VT): High-resolution remote and direct visual assessments for difficult-to-access areas.
• Alternating current field measurement (ACFM): Advanced crack detection through coatings, minimising surface preparation.
