NDT Electronic Services Ltd specialises in the supply, design, manufacture, installation and after-sales support of industrial X-ray, gamma and radiography safety systems. Established for almost 40 years, its technical team provides servicing, repairs and planned maintenance, both on site and in its workshop. Everything the company supplies, it supports.
As the sole UK agent for Rigaku and NDS and a distributor for Gulmay and Teledyne ICM, NDTE helps customers select and maintain systems suited to their inspection needs.
Products and services:
X-ray systems: supply, service and repair of portable, battery-operated and static X-ray systems, including half-wave and constant potential equipment up to 450 kV. Planned maintenance and X-ray set hire are also available, with support for a wide range of manufacturers’ equipment.
Digital radiography: Teledyne ICM digital radiography detectors, portable X-ray generators and SHERLOCK imaging software, with standard and bespoke digital inspection systems available through sister company Metrix NDT.
Gamma and safety systems: GammaSafe GS002 Automatic Windout Systems and design, manufacture and installation of radiography bay, enclosure and cabinet safety systems, including interlocks, access controls, warning devices and emergency stops. Systems are designed to meet applicable requirements of IRR17, BS EN 13849 and BS EN 62061.
Radiation cabinets: standard and bespoke X-ray cabinets and enclosures with integrated safety systems designed around the customer’s inspection process.
Instrumentation and calibration: supply, repair and calibration of radiation monitors and dose rate instruments, including NDS monitoring equipment.
Sister companies: part of the Fairley Gunn Group Radiography Division, NDTE works with sister companies Gilligan Engineering Services Ltd, which specialises in gamma radiography sources, equipment and Class 7 transport and Metrix NDT Ltd, which provides advanced digital radiography systems and software. Together, the companies can support customers across equipment supply, inspection systems and after-sales service.
