NDT Equipment Ltd specialises in the manufacture of calibration blocks and reference pieces, both standard and custom requirements. It manufactures all test pieces in-house, to the most recent and up-to-date standards, including (but not limited to) EN ISO 2400, phased array E2491, ASTM E127 and ASTM E215. The company holds a large range of standard calibration blocks in stock for quick lead times. It manufactures in all materials, from hardened steel to Inconels.

All parts manufactured are fully traceable and supplied with full material cast analysis, a certificate of conformity and measurement reports to ensure all blocks conform to the required standards. All material is ultrasonically tested to ensure it is clean before being manufactured. The company supplies various sectors such as nuclear, oil & gas, automotive and aerospace, as well as many re-sellers worldwide.

NDT Equipment Ltd also try to push the limits of what is possible in conjunction with its clients, including trialling the creation of tiny defects, such as drilling flat-bottom holes as small as 0.2 mm in diameter. Therefore, it regularly undertakes research and development trials as well.
