NDT Electronic Services Ltd specialise in sales, service, repair and planned maintenance, as well as in the design and manufacture of products and systems for the industrial non-destructive testing sector.
The company is the sole agent for Rigaku and NDS products in the UK and a distributor for Gulmay and Sentinel products.
NDT Electronic Services offers the following products and services:
- X-ray machines - A variety of portable or static halfwave and constant potential machines up to 450 kV. The company can repair 99 per cent of X-ray systems, including Rigaku, GE Seifert, Yxlon, Andrex, Balteau, Scanray, Philips and Teledyne ICM.
- Digital X-ray equipment - The partnership with Teledyne ICM puts NDT Electronic Services at the forefront of digital X-ray technology and is able to offer a full range of constant potential generators, rugged digital panels and the latest Sherlock software, which delivers outstanding results.
- Gamma equipment - An automatic windout system that is engineered to the highest standards and is used by blue chip manufacturers. A wide range of Sentinel equipment and accessories is also available to suit all requirements.
- Safety equipment - Design, manufacture and installation of X-ray and gamma enclosure safety systems. All of NDT Electronic Services' safety systems comply with industry standards IRR2017, EN 13849 and EN 62061.
- Radiation cabinets - The company can supply standard or bespoke radiation cabinets to keep you in production, safe and compliant. The cabinet can be stand alone or kitted out to meet your requirements.
- Instrumentation - NDT Electronic Services can provide a range of electronic personal dosimeters and dose rate monitors, in addition to providing repair and calibration services. It is also a UK distributor and servicing agent for all Tracerco products.
- Bespoke designs - NDT Electronic Services can look at your particular application and inspection needs, understand your challenges, then provide help and advice in choosing the best solution to meet your NDT requirements
