Tatton Park is one of the UK’s most complete historic estates. It is home to a Tudor old hall, a stunning neo-classical mansion, 50 acres of immaculately landscaped gardens, a working rare-breed farm and 1000 acres of deer park. It is also one of the most popular tourist sites in the north west of England.Tatton Park geared up for one of its biggest ever ‘Race for Life’ events this summer and AGR Field Operations’ Jackie Berry and Stephanie Pointon decided to drag out their running shoes and give it a go.
Jackie and Steph commented: “The atmosphere was amazing, with women from all walks of life coming together to make a positive difference to people affected by cancer. We also managed to raise over £250.00 between us.”
Cancer Research UK supports the work of doctors, nurses and scientists who are dedicated to beating cancer by understanding its causes and investigating how best to prevent, diagnose and treat the disease.
