GB Inspection Systems Ltd has over 30 years' experience of designing and manufacturing high-quality ultrasonic transducers and supplying calibration blocks, cables and NDT equipment and consumables such as DPI, MPI and ultrasound couplants. The company also provides a comprehensive calibration and repair service.

Availability:
The majority of GB Inspection Systems' transducers are available for immediate delivery and the company has a proven capability to provide special and bespoke transducers manufactured to a high technical standard and in a timely manner.

Standard offerings:
GB Inspection Systems produces many types of standard transducer, described below, that are capable of meeting the more popular applications. All manufactured transducers are tested in accordance with BS EN ISO 22232-2 and most of these transducers are available for immediate delivery:

Manual, semi-automated and fully-automated testing systems can be provided to meet customer requirements, including ultrasonic, eddy current, magnetic flux leakage tank floor scanners, MPI and fluorescent dye penetrant with consumables.
