Exova wins contract with Koh Brothers in Singapore

Admaterials Technologies Pte Ltd, an Exova company, has won a contract with construction and property development specialist Koh Brothers to provide earthwork testing for the Changi East Development at Changi Airport in Singapore.As well as handling standard laboratory, grading, compaction and classification earthworks testing, Admaterials Technologies will also conduct plate loading, field density and swell testing. California bearing ratio (CBR) tests, used to determine the effectiveness of the compaction on soil materials needed for the proposed road construction, are also included in the contract.
The testing will be conducted on site at Changi Airport, as well as at Exova’s specialised laboratory in Singapore.

In February 2016, Exova Group acquired a majority stake in Admaterials Technologies. Admaterials Technologies provides testing in the construction sector, as well as chemical, environmental and mechanical testing and certification services.
