AVT Reliability introduces Machine Sentry to US market

16/04/2020

AVT Reliability® launched its web-hosted condition monitoring system, Machine Sentry®, at the 24th Annual Maintenance and Reliability Conference (MARCON 2020) in the USA.

The event, hosted by the University of Tennessee Reliability and Maintainability Center in Knoxville, provided an open forum for leading industry experts and managers. It marked the first move into the US market for AVT Reliability, as part of its global expansion plans.

AVT Reliability showcased Machine Sentry, the intelligent condition-based monitoring (CBM) and maintenance system, including the Automated Diagnostic Assistant (ADA™). Informed by thousands of hours of vibration data and the extensive field experience of vibration specialists, ADA can predict stages 2, 3 and 4 bearing failure and detect a wide range of other common fault conditions.

The company’s reliability specialists hosted an informal ‘meet the US team’ event at the end of day one of the conference.

Frederic Thomas, Managing Director, said: “This is an exciting time, for which we have been preparing for some time. We are very positive about our expansion into the American marketplace, which will build significantly on the global presence of AVT Reliability.”
