Ingeteam introduces Ingepredict

Spanish technology company Ingeteam has launched a new tool that makes it possible to combine all of its predictive maintenance products and services in a single brand.Ingepredict is directed at increasing production and extending the service life of assets at industrial and renewable energy generation plants, with the aim of facilitating the early detection of faults, poor maintenance or any other deviation that could lead to unplanned downtime with subsequent additional costs or loss of profit.
“We have brought together our portfolio of products and services in a compact, cost-saving solution for operation and maintenance, delivering close and immediate technical support to our customers,” the company said.
Ingepredict integrates into a single platform Ingesys CMS Compact, ACM Suite Software, diagnosis and monitoring services and the multi-manufacturer and multi-device analysis software and service for any CMS manufacturer.
It also includes various predictive maintenance services for wind power, covering technical inspections, end-of-warranty inspections, videoscopes, blade inspections and root cause analysis. For hydropower and marine it includes root cause analysis, thermography and electrical analysis, as well as vibration analysis using laptops for the former sector.
Ingepredict also helps with up-tower repair services for repairs of gearboxes and generators and the supply of spare parts.
