Addev Materials continues expansion with acquisition of Secoa

Addev Materials, an international specialist in the converting and distribution of high-performance materials for a wide range of industrial markets based in Lyon, France, has announced that it has acquired Netherlands-based Secoa. Through this acquisition,
Addev Materials is pursuing its strategy of global geographic expansion, establishing Secoa as the base for its commercial and logistical deployment in the aerospace and defence sector in the Benelux region and Central Europe.
Founded in 1993, Secoa (SEalants COatings Adhesives) specialises in the distribution of surface treatments, paints and coatings, adhesives and sealants, cleaners and lubricants, as well as tapes and other specialty products for the aerospace and defence industry.
For over 30 years, Secoa has built strong relationships with leading manufacturers such as PPG, 3M and Momentive.
ISO 9001 and AS 9120 certified, the company has a perfect management of customised labelling, packaging and documentation compliant to registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction of chemicals (REACH). Secoa is authorised and has qualified teams for handling hazardous goods transported by air.
The company, based in Dordrecht in the Netherlands, operates in the Netherlands, Europe and Asia. Its agility and operational excellence enable it to meet the specific needs of the aerospace and defence sector for maintenance and repair operations.
