New appointment supports Ionix growth in on-stream inspection

Ionix, a leading manufacturer of high-temperature piezoelectric ceramics and ultrasound devices, has appointed a new Business Development Manager as it looks to expand its on-stream inspection solutions into global markets.
Ionix has announced the arrival of Aaron Greenbank, who will join the Ionix Commercial team in the role of Business Development Manager, with responsibilities for the North American and European markets.Aaron brings with him a wealth of experience of NDT with a strong technical and commercial background, including roles at Olympus and Eddyfi, the latter in the role of Sales Director. Aaron’s appointment coincides with the successful launch of the popular HS582i thickness gauging transducer last year and the growth of a range of novel NDT products designed to enable on-stream thickness and crack inspection, adding to its suite of corrosion monitoring sensors and systems.
Ionix specialises in the design and production of high-performance sensors and piezoelectric materials that can operate in high temperatures and extreme environments to monitor plant and machinery integrity.
