ICR Integrity (ICR), a leading global provider of specialist maintenance and integrity solutions with an operational hub in the Forus area of Stavanger, is celebrating continued growth in Norway on its ten-year anniversary.

The ICR Norway business, headed up by Johan Tønsberg as General Manager since 2019, has continued to grow from strength to strength. The team is delivering Quickflange weldless connections and Technowrap engineered composite solutions to a large percentage of assets across Norway, both onshore and offshore. Being industry accredited and pre-qualified by operators and contractors in the region, the team is currently experiencing a growing demand for solutions and services, including drone (unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)) inspection services through ICR’s Sky-Futures business unit.

Johan commented: “It is a very exciting time for ICR in this region as we celebrate ten years of the company and continue to offer new and unique technologies to the onshore and offshore markets in which we operate. For example, we recently completed methane detection trials utilising our Sky-Futures UAVs fitted with the SeekOps SeekIR sensor for a major operator in Bergen, as we help our clients reach a zero emissions future.”

The company recently launched OMNI, its asset integrity software, to the Norwegian oil & gas and renewables markets. The cloud-based solution uses Internet of Things (IoT) sensors and mobile tablet technology to capture inspection data for processing through its full-lifecycle software to provide an end-to-end integrity management solution.

ICR also recently announced the promotion of Alan McQuade to Group Managing Director. Alan joined the company in 2018 as Chief Financial Officer and has played a pivotal role in laterally developing the company’s strategy for the global energy market as Chief Financial & Strategy Officer.
