NDT Resources appoints Technical Director

NDT Resources Ltd, a newcomer to the NDT recruitment market, has announced that Paul Morgan has been appointed as Technical Director. Paul brings a wealth of experience in the field of non-destructive testing. Having first entered the industry whilst in the RAF, he has since gained a broad knowledge of the main methods of NDT, such as UT, ET, RT, MT, PT and RVA. In addition to his aerospace experience, he has also utilised his skills within the power generation and Formula 1 sectors. Paul has not only been an NDT practitioner but has also branched out into training delivery and course design within his own company, Morgan NDT Services Ltd.Candidates seeking a new role through NDT Resources can expect on-going support as the company understands NDT methodology and certification, as well as the credentials required for any role. Because of its expert knowledge of NDT methodology, practice and certification, the company can also offer a more targeted approach to the sourcing of NDT personnel for employers seeking to fill vacancies.
Paul will be responsible for liaising with both clients and candidates from a technical perspective, making sure that job specification and candidates match.
