AGR Field Operations takes on new distributor in France

Whilst actively marketing the TD range of equipment as stand-alone systems, AGR's phased array, ToFD and pulse echo capabilities will enhance the capability of PROFILE Contrôles Industriels' patented Sysaxe® range of inspection robots.
With the aim of providing innovative and reliable NDT solutions, the company's expertise in ultrasonics and eddy current ensures delivery of flexible and cost-effective solutions for the inspection of metallic or composite components. PROFILE Contrôles Industriels provides NDT solutions for a wide range of symmetrical and complex geometry components, from curved panels to monolithic and sandwich construction to complex 3-D parts delivered within strict timescales.
The TD range of advanced ultrasonic instruments, coupled with PROFILE Contrôles Industriels Sysaxe range of polymorphic inspection robots, brings a new dimension to automated NDT inspection. These leading-edge solutions enable contour-following inspection of complex parts at high speed.
The Sysaxe NDT systems are supplied as complete solutions incorporating 3D regeneration of CAD files using a camera scanner, trajectory simulation and off-line programming software, data acquisition and automated C-scan mapping using a TD Advanced Ultrasonic system, go-to-point function and analysis. The Sysaxe systems are available as a stand-alone Single Version that performs UT from one side of a test material or a Dual Version where two robots are synchronised to perform through-transmission UT.
PROFILE Contrôles Industriels was established in 2006 by Patrick Louviot who is a certified UT Level III and has extensive management experience in the NDT field. The Chalon-Sur-Saône, France based company is located in its brand new 350 m² premises comprising a 250 m² workshop for R&D and inspection works, conventional machining, machine mounting and test room facilities, trajectory simulation and CAD station.
