NDT's Premier Roadshow

28/04/2009

The Heritage Motor Centre, which hosted the latest NDT Premier Roadshow in March, is home to the world's largest collection of historic British cars.

NDT's Premier Roadshow is designed for both seasoned campaigners and those new to the industry and whether a visitor needed a general overview of products and services or wished to discuss a specific in-depth application, the wide range of expertise on offer ensured a successful visit.

Companies participating in the exhibition were Aegleteq, Fujifilm UK, Johnson & Allen, Lavender International, Midas-NDT, Olympus, TSC Inspection Systems and Vibrant NDT.

At the exhibition, visitors could see how the British motor industry grew from humble beginnings, flourished with the eccentric, entrepreneurial spirit unique to these isles and then, for a period, led the way in innovative vehicle engineering.

From established names such as Vauxhall, Rolls-Royce, MG and Rover through to forgotten heroes such as Armstrong Siddley, Alvis and Riley, all were there and proudly taking their place.

NDT's Premier Roadshow continues in April and May with visits to The Imperial War Museum in Duxford and The Science Museum in Swindon, full details can be found at www.ndtroadshow.org
