This corrosion under insulation (CUI) monitoring system represents a significant advancement in the field, offering an end-to-end solution that combines the longest length of sensors in the market with enhanced features for more accurate CUI prediction and detection.
The CorrosionRADAR: LR system features the latest versions of corrosion and moisture sensors with an impressive 50 m range each, providing a comprehensive coverage area, along with a datalogger (CR node) equipped with LoRa connectivity, enabling seamless long-range transmission of data. Users will also benefit from an upgraded Clarity Dashboard that delivers advanced analytics for a more comprehensive understanding of corrosion patterns and trends.
CorrosionRADAR: LR introduces a dual-sensor system, offering a total range of 50 m for each sensor. This dual-sensor approach enhances the system’s ability to detect and monitor the corrosivity rate with higher accuracy than ever before.
The battery-powered system provides flexibility and ease of installation in various environments and with a LoRa transmission range exceeding 1 km, CorrosionRADAR: LR ensures efficient and reliable data communication.
The system comes with a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) tablet option for data retrieval and commissioning, enhancing user convenience and accessibility, and users can now leverage a comprehensive risk analytics dashboard, available on both cloud and on-premises platforms, that can be connected to plant dashboards.
CorrosionRADAR: LR includes an array of upgraded features, such as the CUI Risk API 581, improved corrosivity rate models and more sensitive early detection algorithms.
