HTSL Group announces the acquisition of Euroteck Systems

HTSL Group has announced the acquisition of Euroteck Systems, a leading provider of industrial, real-time and digital X-ray systems, radiography safety enclosures and safety systems. This strategic acquisition strengthens HTSL’s NDT division, further enhancing its ability to deliver industry-leading managed services to its customers.
With the addition of Euroteck’s capabilities, HTSL’s non-destructive testing (NDT) services, led by Jonathan Sutcliffe, is now positioned as a leading provider of NDT services across industries, including aerospace, defence, nuclear and oil & gas.

HTSL’s NDT division provides gamma radiography isotopes and equipment. As an authorised service centre and approved re-seller agent for QSA Global, HTSL NDT also offers supply, service and technical support requirements for gamma radiography systems.
HTSL provides industrial X-ray systems and equipment, including advanced real-time X-ray systems, digital X-ray, computed tomography and custom-built X-ray cabinets.
The company designs, manufactures, supplies and installs radiography enclosure safety systems that comply with industry standards, including IRR 2017, BS EN 13849 and BS EN 62061. Furthermore, it offers in-house real-time radiographic inspections for a wide range of manufactured components, with quick turnaround times and detailed reporting.
Its operational support services include equipment hire, equipment refurbishment and the sale of refurbished equipment.
In terms of its contract and maintenance services, HTSL's offerings include return-to-base and on-site servicing for X- and gamma-ray and safety systems, as well as on-site calibration of personal electronic dosimeters (PEDs) and radiation monitoring equipment.
HTSL provides bespoke systems integration, with its project management team working with customers to tailor solutions unique to their industry requirements.
