Labquip NDT invests to upgrade UK headquarters

Labquip NDT is investing £300,000 in its Stroud, UK headquarters, a facility that will soon host several technical upgrades, calibration laboratories and facilities for UK customer sectors, including aerospace, medical and healthcare, oil & gas, metal fabrication and many other sectors that require expert non-destructive testing (NDT) equipment.

Ground will be broken next month on the new project and the various facility upgrades. There will be no interruption to Labquip NDT's UK operations. During the site expansion, the majority of Labquip UK staff will work from customer sites or from home. A temporary on- site office and neighbouring warehousing will be provided during the building works.

The upcoming works include electrifying the warehouse door, installing sensor-controlled lighting, building a new UK Labino Apollo UV and white light meter calibration laboratory and upgrading the warehouse to carry more UK stock, meeting rooms, offices, a kitchen and toilets.

Labquip NDT has a UK regional sales and service team covering Scotland, England and Wales.
