Alliance Inspection joins BES Group

The British Engineering Services (BES) Group has announced that Alliance Inspection has joined the group. Alliance Inspection is a north west-based non-destructive testing (NDT) and asset integrity inspection company specialising in Engineering Equipment and Materials Users Association (EEMUA) and application programming interface (API) assessments. This is the BES Group’s second acquisition of 2023 following the acquisitions of Strainstall UK and Mimic from James Fisher and Sons plc announced earlier this year.
The Alliance Inspection team is made up of more than 20 people, all of whom are experts in NDT solutions and fitness-for-service assessments. The company is focused on delivering the very best service for its customers, working with organisations such as United Utilities, Mersey Travel, Kimberley Clark and many more to help ensure the safety and operational efficiency of their machinery and equipment.
This is the 12th company the BES Group has welcomed since 2019, adding another business that will enhance the group’s risk management solutions for its customers and which it believes will be a great fit for the BES Group.

Alliance Inspection will continue to support its customers, with Marisa Gouldson, Group Manager, and Neil Edge remaining in their existing roles.
