Babbco introduces new Carmelec range

Babbco is offering a new range of Carmelec products designed to meet the needs of non-destructive testing professionals.
A subsidiary of the Socomore Group, a French global player specialising in surface preparation, treatment, protection and coatings, Babbco, a European specialist in non-destructive testing using dye penetrant inspection and magnetic particle inspection, is marketing four new devices from Carmelec, a manufacturer of inspection condition monitoring equipment for non-destructive testing: the Flash radiometer/luxmeter/thermocolorimeter, the Analysse II and Intesis tangential magnetic field analysers and the Magnetis II remanent field meter.
With their modern, robust design, Babbco claims that Carmelec products fit perfectly into any environment, which also describes the general development of Carmelec appliances:
- Accessibility and connectivity: measurements accessible remotely by wired or wireless communication;
- Recording and processing: recording of measurements for computer processing;
- Easier management: multi-operator management and easier periodic checks (warning message);
- Customisation: fully configurable by the user;
- Improved technology: 2.8'' colour screen, better display resolution and a wider choice of units; and
- Easy power supply: simplified power supply (AA battery or mains via USB-C).
