Discover the huge potential of thermal imaging

17/03/2011

In recent years, the thermal imaging camera has revolutionised how we discover electromechanical and building faults.  The technology has become significantly more flexible and easily affordable and, as a result, applications for thermal imaging inspection are growing substantially.

The time and cost saving potential of this technology is huge but a good understanding of the subject is crucial to its success.  This is why FLIR Systems is staging a series of one- and two-day training courses aimed at new users and also those who want to brush up on the basics.

As well as looking at technology principles, the courses cover the practical aspects. Can I measure temperature through a door panel or insulation?  What temperature is a safe temperature? The courses will address these, and other fundamental questions, to ensure the delegate is well prepared to make further strides into the world of thermal imaging.

The programme runs until June 2011 and, for the first time this year, one- and also two-day training courses are available at  £319 or  £519 + VAT, respectively:
  • 24 March: Cardiff
  • 28 April: ITC Centre, West Malling, Kent
  • 4/5 May: ITC Centre, West Malling, Kent
  • 24 May: Edinburgh
