IMechE Engineering Training Solutions appoints new Level 3 Services Consultant

IMechE Engineering Training Solutions has announced that Bryan Ravenshear has joined its Level 3 Services team.

With eleven years of experience within the aerospace sector, Bryan has spent over ten of those years within the field of non-destructive testing, predominantly within penetrant testing, magnetic testing and visual testing, holding ASNT and PCN Level 3 qualifications within these methods.

Bryan also has experience with hardness and conductivity testing and radiographic interpretation, and has a thorough knowledge of light alloy castings and bright, machined semi-prismatic components.

During Bryan’s time within the industry, he has spent a brief period managing a machine shop, with his most recent role managing a special processing facility.

David Griffin, Level 3 Services Manager, commented: “We are thrilled to have Bryan on board; he is well respected and brings with him substantial experience that will bring even greater capability to an already industry-leading team.”

Based at the Engineering Training Centre in Sheffield, the Level 3 Services team provides consultancy and support to a wide range of business clients for non-destructive testing requirements, including specific training and certification of personnel, developing written practices and auditing and procedure writing and review.
