During March, Lavender International was involved in four different events in four different countries, promoting its Advanced Ultrasonics Training Programme.

On Monday 12 March, Steve Lavender and Tim Armitt, in association with Anne-Marie Roy Consultancy (France), presented the Master Class – Advanced Ultrasonics (Time-of-Flight Diffraction and Phased Array Ultrasonics) – to an audience of 18 at the Club Med World, Paris, France. The lectures with practical demonstrations were given in English with French translation and the delegates were given a first class introduction to these exciting new programmes.

On 13 March, Neil Samson was with the NDT Road Show at Liberty Stadium, Swansea in South Wales. Neil saw an interesting variety of visitors who were interested in the Lavender training programmes.

On Wednesday 14 March, Steve and Tim moved on to Athens, Gre
ece, in association with Michael Kotouzas of Technology and Quality Control Centre. This event drew 70 delegates from Greek industry and the presentation this time was made in English with Greek translation. The day went extremely well and there were many questions and comments on the presentations.

On the Thursday, Neil Samson moved into England with the final NDT Road Show of the year at the Madejski Stadium, Reading. Once again the delegates showed great interest in the Lavender NDT training programmes.

In the coming months the Lavender team will be putting on more presentations in India and China as well as visiting South Africa and Dubai. "Clearly, the development of the Lavender UT TOFD and Phased Array Training Programmes over the past few years has brought considerable international success," said Steve Lavender.
