MISTRAS Holdings Corp becomes MISTRAS Group Inc

The MISTRAS Holdings Corp. has announced its name change to MISTRAS Group Inc. Accompanying this change is the formal unveiling of a new corporate identity that was developed by its employees, reflecting MISTRAS's growth and the multinational, multifaceted nature of its business.MISTRAS has been expanding through strong organic growth and strategic niche acquisitions in the markets it serves.
"New products such as the 'Pocket NDT' line, coupled with engineering services, complement the needs of NDT inspection markets, making MISTRAS an attractive customer choice," said Dr Sotirios Vahaviolos, Chairman and CEO. The new corporate logo combines the familiar 'MISTRAS' name with a new 'connected globe' icon, building on MISTRAS's rich heritage while also signalling the new direction the company is headed. The logo accentuates both the company's worldwide family of NDT professionals and the ability to connect customers' needs with cutting edge NDT technologies across the globe. MISTRAS's well known platform of wide range of solutions is captured in the tagline: 'A World of NDT Solutions.'
