Yxlon and Japanese Nagoya Electric Works announce collaboration

Yxlon International, a division of the Swiss Comet Group, has announced a collaboration with the Japanese company Nagoya Electric Works (NEW) Co Ltd. The collaboration includes the development and distribution of specialised X-ray systems for the semiconductor industry.Both companies, Yxlon and NEW, are leaders in advanced electronics X-ray technology. Yxlon brings to the partnership its expertise in high-resolution X-ray tubes and image analysis, plus an excellent global sales and support network. NEW is an expert in automated X-ray inspection systems, offering accurate manipulation, extremely precise measurements and advanced software. The first products resulting from this collaboration are the Yxlon FF70 CL, FF65 CL and FF65 IL.
