Array Training introduces new product line

03/11/2025

Array Training has expanded its capabilities to deliver high-quality non-destructive testing (NDT) training and assessment services, thanks to a grant from Energy Transition Zone (ETZ) Ltd’s Challenge Fund.

The funding has contributed to enabling the company to establish a dedicated machine shop, enhancing its ability to produce a comprehensive range of both off-the-shelf and custom-made steel flawed samples. These samples facilitate NDT competency checks, trials and examinations for companies and technicians working in the energy, maritime and industrial sectors, where safety, accuracy and competency are at the core of operations and the importance of realistic, high-quality training materials has never been greater.

“Our new facility allows us to introduce realistic flaws into steel components, replicating the types of defect technicians may encounter in the field,” said Ray Wilson, Array Training’s Managing Director. “This capability is vital for ensuring the workforce is properly trained and certified to the highest standards.”
