IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Registration fees are subject to VAT at the UK rate prevailing (20%).
- BINDT Membership discounts (£50 for full-time registrations and £25 for part-time registrations) will be applied automatically where applicable.
- Other discounts (where applicable) may be claimed at Checkout.
- Speakers, structured session organisers, in-kind sponsors and up to two members/employees of Corporate organisations (as listed) should use the discount coupon code – contact the Events and Awards Department, tel: +44 (0)1604 438300 or email: conf@bindt.org. (Discounts: full-time registrants £100 for structured session organisers and £40 for speakers, part-time registrants £30 for structured session organisers and £20 for speakers – only one discount applies).
- Full-time registration includes attendance at all conference sessions and exhibition, proceedings USB, coffee breaks, lunches, Monday welcome buffet and Wednesday evening conference dinner. Full-time registration can be purchased with or without the Tuesday evening programme.
- If you are currently experiencing financial difficulty, the BINDT Benevolent Fund is available to apply for help with registration fees. To apply for funding please contact Cindy Bailey (cindy.bailey@bindt.org).
- Cancellation penalty: Less than two weeks before the event, 50% of registration fees. All cancellations made 72 hours prior to the event will result in no refund.
