Registration

1. Registration fees are subject to VAT at the UK rate prevailing (20%).

2. Early bird registration fee discount is available for payment made before Friday 31 July 2026.

3. BINDT/AINDT Membership discounts (£50 for full-time registrations and £25 for part-time registrations) will be applied automatically where applicable.

4. Other discounts (where applicable) may be claimed at Checkout.

5. Participants (presenting authors, poster presenters and session chairs) should use the appropriate discount coupon code – contact the Events and Awards Department, tel: +44 (0)1604 438300 or email: conf@bindt.org

6. Full-time registration includes attendance at all conference sessions and exhibition, proceedings USB, coffee breaks, lunches, Monday welcome buffet and Wednesday evening conference dinner. Full-time registration can be purchased with or without the Tuesday evening programme.

7. If you are currently experiencing financial difficulty, the BINDT Benevolent Fund is available to apply for help with registration fees. To apply for funding please contact Cindy Bailey (cindy.bailey@bindt.org).

8. Cancellation penalty: Less than two weeks before the event, 50% of registration fees. All cancellations made 72 hours prior to the event will result in no refund.
