BINDT provides the secretarial support for ISCM, which was responsible for organising the First World Congress on CM, commencing in London in 2017. The CMTC support publications of CM papers in ‘Insight,’ the official journal of BINDT, and in the ‘Condition Monitor’ newsletter, as well as producing technology handbooks on specialist techniques. A new publication, ‘An Introduction to Condition Monitoring and Diagnostic Technology’ will be published in 2018 as a guide book for students and practitioners alike.

The CMTC has five main working groups active in specialist areas and welcomes the creation of special interest groups, as new techniques develop, for example Optical Techniques, Computational Methods and Electrical Machines.
