AVT Reliability Inc launches in the USA

Market-leading plant reliability specialist AVT Reliability® has opened its first subsidiary in the USA. The move is part of a clear plan to expand its global reach, following the recent acquisition of Van Geffen in the Netherlands.AVT Reliability Inc, which is owned by Rotherham-based AES Engineering Ltd, has established a base in Rockford, Tennessee, alongside sister company AESSEAL®, a large homogeneous designer and manufacturer of mechanical seals.
Customers in the USA will benefit from AVT Reliability’s Machine Sentry® suite of products, including:- The MSF-1 fixed sensor, which has full Hazloc certification
- The Automated Diagnostic Assistant (ADA™), which can predict stages 2, 3 and 4 bearing failure and detect a wide range of other common fault conditions
- EasyBrace™, the universal bracing system designed for the reduction of structural vibration in small-bore pipes.
Machine Sentry was showcased for the first time in the USA at the 24th Annual Maintenance and Reliability Conference (MARCON 2020) in March and was received very positively by leading experts attending the show.
