New quality manager and PCN coordinator for IMechE Argyll Ruane

IMechE Argyll Ruane has announced that Kristian Hampson has taken over the role of Quality Manager and PCN Coordinator with effect from 1 May 2022.
With over 13 years’ experience working internationally, Kristian has a breadth of knowledge, using inspection techniques such as magnetic testing, penetrant testing, ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing, phased array and radiographic testing across a multitude of industry sectors, including oil & gas, general fabrication, power and nuclear plants.
Kristian joined IMechE Argyll Ruane in August 2018 as a Level 3 Consultant and has supported the organisation as a Lead Auditor and Deputy PCN Coordinator over the past two years. Therefore, fully taking over the role of Quality Manager and PCN Coordinator is a natural progression.
In addition to his role as a Level 3 Consultant, Kristian will now support IMechE Argyll Ruane with the maintenance of the company’s quality management system in line with ISO 9001, in addition to ensuring its overseas training partners are compliant with industry regulations and maintain a robust quality management system.
As PCN Coordinator, Kristian will ensure that IMechE Argyll Ruane and its global examination centres follow certification scheme requirements at all times.
