In response to extensive customer feedback and evolving industry demands, Eddyfi Technologies is shifting exclusively to perpetual licences, phasing out the subscription model.
This strategic pivot highlights Eddyfi Technologies’ commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering innovation. The move to perpetual licences is designed to simplify the licensing structure, streamline operations and strengthen customer relationships, driving a positive transformation in the industry.

Effective immediately, quotes for portable instruments from Eddyfi will integrate software as a standard inclusion, eliminating separate charges and simplifying the purchasing process. Desktop software will now only be available with perpetual licences, ensuring consistent and uninterrupted access to the latest technology.
