Sonaspection International Ltd, a globally acclaimed manufacturer of non-destructive testing (NDT) and non-destructive evaluation (NDE) flawed specimens, has announced its acquisition by members of the management team, backed by a private investor.
This transition marks the beginning of a new chapter for the company, strengthening its long-standing commitment to innovation, quality and precision across critical sectors.

Operating from its facilities in Lancashire, UK (Head Office), and North Carolina, USA, Sonaspection will continue to deliver accurate, high-quality flawed specimens that enhance inspection performance and support the integrity of critical infrastructure worldwide.

Alongside existing management Neil Kelly, Max Yates and Adam Daniels, Jeremy Ring will be rejoining the Sonaspection team to assist further growth in the USA.
The management team was advised by Wallace LLP, Ensors and Verity Relationship Intelligence. The previous shareholders were advised by Prism Corporate Broking.
