VAI and GPMS join forces

Vertical Aviation International (VAI) and GPMS International have announced a strategic partnership, with the aim of providing VAI members with unparalleled access to advanced health and usage monitoring systems (HUMS).
Through this collaboration, VAI members will gain an exclusive discount on the purchase of Foresight MX, which is claimed to be the industry’s leading HUMS, directly through GPMS.
Foresight MX is an all-in-one HUMS that provides vibration monitoring, engine health monitoring, flight data, exceedance monitoring and optimised rotor track and balance.
With supplemental type certificates (STCs) across 14 platforms, operators can monitor both their mixed-original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and model fleet using one easy-to-use dashboard. Delivering predictive insights, Foresight MX empowers operators to enhance safety, reduce aircraft on ground (AOG) events and streamline operations.
Aviation safety organisations, including the Vertical Aviation Safety Team (VAST), have long identified HUMS as one of the most critical technologies for the reduction of accidents, especially fatal ones.
By continuously monitoring aircraft health and performance, HUMS enable the early detection of mechanical issues before they become critical failures. This proactive approach allows operators to transition from reactive to proactive and predictive maintenance, minimising unscheduled downtime and improving operational efficiency.
