Silverwing invests in USA support

Silverwing USA has announced the appointment of Danny Smith as its new Technical Support Technician, based in Houston, Texas.The appointment of Danny will allow Silverwing to provide local support to its growing number of USA, Canada and South America-based customers. By providing local support it is demonstrating its commitment to first-class sales and after-sales support for its customers.
Danny has all the attributes and skills to make a real difference to its customers: he has excellent mechanical and electronics knowledge plus he studied NDT at San Jacinto College, Texas.
Having recently completed the first phase of Silverwing support training, Danny has been working on the company’s latest inspection equipment, including the RMS corrosion mapping system and MFL tank bottom scanner, the Floormap3Di.
Danny said: “It’s an exciting time for me, joining an established and growing NDT equipment manufacturer with equipment that has a great reputation for build quality and using the latest technology. I am looking forward to providing Silverwing customers with first-class after-sales support and ensuring their equipment is kept in top-notch condition.”
