National Instruments is hosting NIDays Conference and Exhibition, the ultimate learning experience that unites the brightest minds in engineering and science. This year, NIDays London will take place at Sandown Park Racecourse, Esher, on Tuesday 28 November 2017.

At NIDays, scientists and engineers will learn about the latest technology to accelerate productivity for software-defined systems in test, measurement and control, during a full day of interactive, technical and networking sessions from industry leaders and NI experts.

Hosted by National Instruments, NIDays is an international event ideal for engineers, scientists and academicians, supplying the tools and knowledge to develop applications in a faster and smarter way. This year’s ‘Thought Leadership Keynotes’ aim to inspire, giving those in attendance a glimpse of the latest cutting-edge innovations that demonstrate how engineers and scientists use NI technology to change and improve the world we live in. The morning keynote, ‘Impacting today’s business’, will demonstrate how the NI platform is accelerating innovation in applications ranging from transportation safety, wireless communication, space travel and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). In the afternoon, attendees can see how NI continues the LabVIEW legacy with the evolution of the world’s most productive and efficient engineering software, in the keynote ‘A glimpse into the future’.

Attendees can tailor the event to their specific industry, application or interest and can choose from a vast array of targeted application area tracks, including IIoT, test and measurement and big data management. Delegates can also gain valuable hands-on experience using NI technologies, including LabVIEW NXG, CompactRIO and CompactDAQ. In addition, LabVIEW users can start their certification journey by sitting the NI Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer (CLAD) exam, the first step in the three-part LabVIEW certification process.

At NIDays London, members from the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC) will be discussing the latest trends in Industry 4.0 and how companies across all industry areas can take advantage of these trends. Saab Aeronautics will also present its innovative hardware-in-the-loop test system for the company’s brand-new Gripen E fighter jets. In conjunction with these presentations, several other NI customers and partners will take to the stage with their engineering innovations, which aim to inspire and provide an insight into how NI is engineering a better life for us all.
