BES Group announces new CEO

BES Group has announced that it has welcomed new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Jana Siber to the group of companies, who joined the business on 1 August 2025.
Jana joins BES Group from British Gas Services, where she spent more than three years as Managing Director. Prior to this, Jana spent several years as Managing Director at Arriva Mainland Europe. During her time with both of these well-known businesses, she was instrumental in successfully shaping and delivering the company strategies and driving the very best service for their customers.
Her experience of working in senior roles at companies with a distributed workforce, combined with her people-focused approach, will be extremely valuable to the business. She is said to be excited by the opportunities ahead at BES Group and is looking forward to being a part of it.
Jana commented on her appointment: “BES Group is a great company, with an impressive customer offering and a fantastic team. Getting to know the workings of the business in more detail and spending time with our people are priorities for me over the next few weeks and I am really pleased to have the opportunity to do this.”

As well as expressing her excitement to be joining BES Group, Jana also said: “I would personally like to thank Paul Hirst, who has done a fantastic job as interim CEO for BES Group over the last few months. Paul has now returned to his role of Managing Director of Inspection and will continue to help drive our business forward as part of our Executive Team.”
