TRAC Energy sole UK distributor for flexible piping system

Vipo, a specialist in developing and manufacturing rubber-based thermal, fire and corrosion protection products for global markets, has selected TRAC Energy Ltd to be its sole UK distributor for its Elastopipe and Firestop passive fire protection (PFP) product ranges.
This is the first time TRAC Energy has been awarded a distributor contract and represents an opportunity for growth for the UK-based company. In addition, it will allow Vipo to better meet the demand of its UK customer base, by providing local knowledge and support.
TRAC Energy is a leader in providing a wide range of engineering support services, including rope access inspection, repair and maintenance for the global energy industry.
Vipo has over 125 years of polymer material technology expertise and over 50 years’ experience in offering high-end active and passive fire protection solutions. Elastopipe exists as a patented flexible piping system developed to protect people, assets and the surrounding environment during active fire scenarios. The Firestop passive fire protection range ensures the protection of vulnerable areas to allow people and valuable equipment to be saved in the case of fire spread.
