Ashtead Technology acquires Seadraulics

Ashtead Technology, a leading subsea technology solutions provider to the global offshore energy sector, has announced its acquisition of Australian-based company Seadraulics.
Seadraulics, based in Perth, Australia, specialises in remotely operated vehicle (ROV) tooling and support services for the offshore energy industry in Australia and the wider Asian market.
Supporting projects across the full lifecycle of offshore infrastructure, from site characterisation, construction, inspection, maintenance and repair through to decommissioning, Seadraulics further enhances Ashtead Technology’s global geographical footprint, strengthening its differentiated technology and service offering for customers.
